The hotel was clean and ideal, ideal for what we needed. The staff tried to be super-friendly and made our stay a nice experience. The room was neat, there was a clean bathroom. It had very comfy bed and pleasant views. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was incredible. The location for Heidelberg was marvellous, so close to a hill overlooking the city. There were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Ristorante Papi that was only 15 minutes' walk away...
No complaints.

Perfect and neat place, splendid view of the town. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Picturesque location in quite basic area, right by the tram down to the city and castle, the public transport, and Heidelberg Castle. Exceptional stay, as always: D
Wi-Fi was very poor.

Magnificent and amazing location, it was right at a funicular station.

The hotel was clean, staff was outstandingly accommodating. The food was outstanding and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu. My room was large & brand-new with great view, amazing views, good facilities. Close to a funicular station, the location was stunning and particularly good, on top of the hill. Besides, the venue was 2 km away from Market Square.

Beautiful view from the windows. The hotel is located close to the historical center of Heidelberg and castle.
The hotel is very high on the mountain. In the evening the road to it is not illuminated. To return to the hotel late at night on foot, you must have a flashlight!

Good location and views, overlooking the town.
Hard to find from the town without satnav. Rooms are tired, 70's style. Breakfast was 9 euro extra and only a small buffet. Only one member of staff running the whole place at any one time.

It was quiet and the sunset from the terrace was lovely.
There is no view of the castle. The rooms are very shabby and having seen 4 rooms before settling all had broken equipment.
